I placed an order online and it was stuck in "preparing" for over an hour. I decided to show up and see if I can just pick them up. When I got there they had 8 workers present and just 2 customers. The manager was very awkward and was more focused on talking to his team than he was proving good service. He was literally dragging my checkout process just so he can talk to his team. That's probably why he still didn't have my order ready even though they were dead slow.

I placed a deliver order and it just stayed at being prepared. Zero communication and then they canceled the order. Found our they have a system issue with receiving med cards. So I emailed them after twice confirming the address and it got sent right back to me. Joke.

This place is dope. I highly recommend it. Definitely shop here if you are in the market. Great customer service.
