I really love the budtenders here. They’re patient and always kind. They take time to explain the meds to you. They know the thc levels, they know how to help you pick out a great strain for your pain and they’re very kind to their customers. I’m always treated well when I come here. It’s also reasonably priced too and the product is quality!!!

The quality of the product looks good. However, my bud tender was arrogant, yelled at me while I was at his counter because I put my index finger on a jar to point to it and then told me he’d label my product so I knew what was indica and what was sativa. He was also in a hurry to get me out of there when there wasn’t anyone in the waiting area. I’m used to budtenders being friendly and not rushing you with your purchase. This place is expensive and I haven’t tried my products yet, but they look good. I probably won’t be back only because of my experience. That’s enough to make me not want to go through that again. At other dispensaries I’ve been able to describe my surgical pain and ailments and get some good recommendations. I have had my card almost a year and am not quite perfectly well versed in the product, but still, be decent, be kind and don’t belittle your customers. Not a good experience for me. I’m a 44 yo woman with cancer, kidney issues and a status post Achilles’ tendon rupture. I’ve been medicating a while, but always like to make sure I’m getting the best product for my ailments. I really love the other dispensaries in Mesa. The people have been kind. Again, my bud tender was not very kind. So I won’t be back.

Didn’t like the people in Chandler (arrogant) and the prices are insanely high. Quality isn’t that good. Go elsewhere.
