Gave me the wrong strain of wax. I use cannabis as medicine so this is like going to Walgreens and getting the wrong prescription but they refused to refund me for the purchase or even just give me the product I had actually ordered. Never again.

Service was excellent very friendly staff. Transferred fro HCI and I am so happy I did.
