First experience - Made an online order outside of business hours because Leafly stated I could do so and pick it up when they open. Well come morning, I get a text my order has been cancelled. Assuming OG doesn't have the product to fulfill my order, I call the store to see my other options. I was told in a very rude way by the employee "We don't fulfill orders placed at 1 in the morning so I cancelled your order." So upon cancelling orders, you don't call the customer to tell them? I would have been more upset if I placed an online order, drove there, only for it to not be ready. Maybe if you don't want online ordering after hours, don't allow it. I was told I could place an online order and pick it up at open. thanks for cancelling my order for no good reason and being rude when questioned why. Won't be back to any OG location

I'd rate Preserve 6 stars if I could! Wonderful shop with a very modern atmosphere. Employees are wonderful, great products, wide selection. The flowers Preserve has are some of the best I've seen and smoked in the valley!

My favorite location! May not be suitable for those with claustrophobia, but still a very fun, cute shop with great employees and products. Staff is very knowledgeable and customer service is fantastic. Also a women owned business! Homegrown West Salem is one of the best spots in the Salem area. Check it out sometime!

Used to be good... Not so much now - why fix things that aren't broken? Diem has seemed to raise prices and remove all the good deals. Happy Hour Deal is gone, and daily deals have been reduced. Guess they need more money? Unfortunate as Diem used to be the only shop in Salem I would go to, but now that prices are higher and deals are worse than other shops in the area, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Employees don't wear their masks properly but kick out customers over mask policy. Seems pretty dumb to allow your employees wear their mask improperly yet threaten to call the cops on a customer over the same exact thing. Very laughable. Oasis used to be a good shop, not sure if it is under new management or what, but it's sad that what used to be my favorite shop is now the last one I will go to.

Best dispensery in the Salem area. Great quality, great prices, great employee's. Love Top Shelf Medicine. Only place I go.
