Very friendly and helpful staff! I Went the first time to pick up a pre order and I was in and out quickly. I was welcomed at the front desk and asked if it was my first visit, then he and thanked me for shopping there. Tonight was my 3rd visit with no preorder, every staff member greats you smiles and thanks you at the end of your order. I will never go to that dump in Lawrence ever again. LOL
