I have been coming to White Mountain for over 3 years. I average 4-5 visits a week. I never made 1 single complaint until yesterday. The issue does not matter. The manager working the Friday morning shift (dont know his name) handled my issue as badly as one could. Then on my way out he made some not to nice remarks.
This could have been resolved, very easily.
Instead... you lost my business and the $$$$$ I spend here.
