excited to come in for the first time! just got off the phone with a lovely employee that told me about the reviews and was very helpful in answering my questions about meds

so for my very first visit to the pv dispensary i was shorted about 5 grams on an ounce... it was shake and was being poured into several containers over a lengthy period of time. i dont think it was intentional but 5 grams is a big deal, ecspeically when several grams were "junk stems" hidden in the shake. i discovered the weight was off as i was switching containers to store in my fridge, placing them all in 3.5 amounts i found myslef looking at less than 6 containers with 3.5(some of that was do to stems, but there was a little over 5 missing.i am not sure if a bottle was left out entirely, as i had several and the missing amount was significant enough maybe it got forgotten? i know my server had alot of other things going on that day and it was my first time and he was trying to get the new patient things together while the phone was going in a busy time as is. please have a manager contact me?
