Over priced for dry flower. Not a clue how the flower was like dust (after breaking it up) in this nitrogen packaging, but it was.   I shouldn't have to provide moisture for flower that was *just* purchased. Plus, the trichomes stick to the packaging badly. Aside from all that, it was a good experience. Super friendly associates, nice establishment. I don't know if I will shop here again because they're expensive for dry product.

Meh. Bought an OZ as a FTP but didn't have the state allotment for the free 8th. The budtender made it seem like since I bought an OZ as a FTP, I could come and pick up my 8th when the state allotment cycled, so in a day or 2. I asked "So I can just come back and get this 8th when my allotment rolls over?" She said "Yes, I'll make a note in your acoount and put in which strain you prefer." Gave them a call when I got home and got the ol' bait and switch routine. Now I have to make ANOTHER purchase to receive the 8th. If I had not purchased an OZ as a FTP and been told what I was told I wouldn't see an issue. I should have went with my gut and walked out. Probably will not be back First impressions last..

I really love this dispensary, however today I was disappointed. I purchased a preroll today that was supposed to be Jupiter og, but definitely was not. Absolutely no pain relief, no head change, nothing and on top of that it was only half full. A preroll is a treat for me, so I'm positive it's not a tolerance issue. I hope to never have this problem again as Reef is generally on point.

I want to love this place, I really do, but I'm having a hard time. The meds are seriously inconsistent. Lately, they look really nice and they do the job, BUT THE MEDS DO NOT LAST BECAUSE THEY ARE PRETTY MUCH DUST once you grind or break the buds apart. I've been using GOE since they were an actual dispensary. They've come a long way in customer service and the quality of meds as far as potency, but the freshness is absolutely terrible. Please improve your storage methods.
