I came in for concentrate and found a very small selection. No brands I recognized. My first cartridge broke on the first day. The mouth piece just came right off, which I fixed, only to have the coil detach on 2nd use. I returned it the next day but was told this happened because my battery connector was sticky. It was not, and I have literally never had this happen with any of the DOZENS of Select cartridges I have purchased. They gave me shit about the return but did exchange the cartridge. I picked up a 2nd cartridge to try and a new 2.0 battery. The new cartridge (also an unknown brand to me) started oozing concentrate from top and bottom after the 5 day return period. It’s half full and now unusable and un-returnable. Also the new battery gets hot after 2 puffs. I have been to many dispensaries over the years and bought many cartridges and quite a few batteries. None of these issues have come up before. I can’t help but think this store just carries crappy products. Won’t try again. Twice is plenty.
