Normally I have little to no issue with Meds2U, but today my donation was not accepted after Meds2U replied to my initial contact. I responded with my order and they never contacted me back. Very disappointed because I have done several donations with them in particular and never have I had such a negative donation experience. There was no contact made after my order was sent. I then ask if they are accepting donations. No response. I then ask if they're not accepting donations from me specially and no response. Several attempts were made to make a donation today but with no communication my order was not filled. From the time frame of 6pm-close my business did not warrant a response. Goes to show their level of courtesy and professionalism
