I really used this site based on other reviews i saw online and i am really disappointed to be honest ... my package was lost and i have sent a couple emails, and spoke with someone on their online chat and still haven't got a straight answer... I would just like to be acknowledged and assured that someone there will help me. Instead of opting for a replacement package I am requesting a refund. It makes me annoyed that they can so quickly TAKE your money but not return it. I am out $110 and left with shady vibes of bmwo
