the guy who helped me (Chris) he was so friendly and helpful!! loved him. he was out of a certain special and he made it right with us. not once but twice. He took his time with us and he made me feel!like I could stay there all day!! The only one downside is that the Woman who was working there was very rude. I didn't like her. She was rushed and frazzled. made me uncomfortable.

so today we got some shatter. the product was amazing but the packaging was terrible! they put it in the middle of wax paper and folded it. then tapped it. oh my god!! it's so hard to get it out! I have arthritis and my hands bearly work. For the price you pay I don't see why we don't get a container. I mean come on. :) :) I love the place so friendly most of the time. Except today I was kinda rushed out.... but love the place and would go again! just please fix the packaging issue with our shatter!!!! I could see not buying it there due to that alone.
