I wasn’t really happy about having to wait a half an hour after putting in express order and being told it was ready but what was much more upsetting was being charged for recreational price when I’m in medical customer secondly the item I bought showed 30% THC on your website yet my packaging says 15%. I know my review may not mean much to you but holy crap man get it together this is not very good customer service.

Yesterday was my first time in the shop. I loved it, the flower was excellent and my budtender was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As I was waiting my turn I spoke with a few of the other patients they couldn't say enough good things about the shop. Overall it was a great experience from beginning to end they seem to really care about their patients and the quality of the meds.

I stopped by today on my way home from work. This shop is not close to me so this was my first visit. I just recently got my card and this is only the second shop I have been to. That being said I love the selection, I almost didn't know what to get because there were so many to choose from. Debbie waited on me today, she was super friendly and professional. It's nice to see that. At the shop I've been going to they are nice but it's mainly kids behind the counter and it seem less like I'm getting medicine and more like I'm just there to score. That was not the case here, the strains and the effects/benefits were explained to me and I felt good with what I purchased. I also loved that the sales tax is included in the price. That the environment, price, quality of meds and employees like Debbie will keep me coming back.

This is the first shop I've ever been to. I found the atmosphere very clean and professional. They're very informative on how their product is grown and processed. I've gone two times now the first time I was helped by Stephen he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The second time I was helped by an attractive, young, dark-haired lady whose name I didn't catch I knew what I wanted and I was in a pretty quickly. I was very satisfied with their price, professionalism and quality of meds. I would definitely recommend the shop.
