My review is solely based on this visit and how I was made to feel as a consumer. The two stars for quality and service have everything to do with the lack of resolution on a defective product. I generally love 1841 and have done a lot of business here. I'm very disappointed that I purchase in bulk so I don't have to keep going back. I was on vacation for a month, only to return to a defective cartridge which ruined my bag and everything it touched. The gentlemen inside were most helpful and advised me that the cartridge was defective. The manager refused to do anything stating it was past 7 days. I get the policy but to not offer me anything and to not even apologize for the inconvenience was very disappointing. I've watched them work with people and I'm just speechless at how this was handled. As a consumer, this has left a sour taste with me.
