All the horrible reviews being left are just random "bad" experiences due to impatience. I have never had a " bad " experience, except 1 time and it was fixed. I appreciate Nova so very much for all they do, it's not even funny, Steven and the other budtenders are the reason why I go,plus they make my wife feel super comfortable,so why go anywhere else ?
