I HATE being negative. Having said that, I like being honest. My experience with Tilray has been a nightmare from the third week (I was with them for almost a year) Let's discuss the one good thing first..... quality. Can I honestly complain about the quality of their product? No, I cannot, but it's not THAT outstanding either. After dealing with a few different providers, I have come to realize that this product is nothing special. Customer service is embarrassing at best, and continues downhill. Shipping times have increased by up to 3 times since I started as a patient. Pricing? I was flabbergasted at the costs when I first signed up. I just assumed that this was a reality of the mmpr program at this time. I will say that mmpr pricing in general is too high, but Tilray really sets that bar very high. This also, continues to spiral out of control. Pre milled jars used to be $75 and recently shot through the roof at $135. ALMOST DOUBLE!!! Imagine your cell phone bill or cable bill doubled? You would scream into the hills, and you should. There are many choices now and I see ZERO viable reason to choose Tilray. Apparently they focus on a lot of Cannabinoid research now, which in itself is fine. Tilray, make a choice. Be a licensed producer or a research company as currently, it appears you cannot manage both. Sincerely, A disgruntled patient
