9 lb Hammer reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain 9 lb Hammer.
I’m one of those people who is pretty prone to “getting so high they get scared” unfortunately, so I have to choose my strains very carefully. Anything too potent or too energizing these days makes me pretty uncomfortable to say the least. I’m not too verbose when it comes to the Leafly reviews, but I will say 9lb Hammer is fabulous. The first thing out of my mouth upon trying it was “wow, this feels how weed used to feel when I was in high school”, which is quite frankly the highest accolade I can give to pot of any kind. I’m a stoner by no means, but I am 100% a 9lb Hammer fan.
I'm terminally I'll,hard to find a good Indica nowadays everything is sativa and hybrid this is helping me a lot! I usually buy an ounce and I don't repeat it the next time because my body gets used to it. However with this I have bought it repeatedly three times in a row and it's really really helped. So if there's anybody out there who's in a lot of pain and needs a good Indica this is definitely the route to go
K.O..! Reminds me of Bubba Kush, only difference, this hits you fast with sedation right away, where Bubba eases in slowly. 100% night-time or "day off" nap fuel here. I found myself dosing off with the t.v. on, before I gathered the energy to go to bed. 🫠 👍
Tried for the first time. Will definitely be going back for more!! Helped with serious leg and back pain. And only took two ot three hits off the cartridge.
9lb Hammer was used in a vape cart and took 1 decent puff at low heat, and it is awesome!! I had to go back to the dispensary and buy more because it is hard to find a strain that's perfect for your needs. I have high functioning anxiety and an L4-S1 Spinal-fusion, spinal arthritis, and nerve pain. This stuff put me in a functioning super chill mood and took my pain down to almost a zero. My normal pain is usually at 4-5, flare-ups about a 7-8. My experience was a light chill head buzz and happiness. Amazing body high, not couch locked, took 90% of my pain away. Personally, it's good for anything. I tried in the daytime, took 2 puffs max, and was good enough to take away a significant amount of pain and fully function coherently(small errands or shopping). Nighttime took extra hits and was so relaxed and happy, slightly stoney that I could go to bed if I wanted. I Lounged on the couch and watched TV. Munchies weren't terrible. I made a delicious Turkey and pepperoni sandwhich and was satisfied. If you have high anxiety, spine, or nerve pain, I highly recommend this solid medicine. Recreational use I recommend for a chill, relaxed and happy good time for sure. I've tried about 40 strains specifically for pain and anxiety. Hands down, this is my favorite for both ailments so far. GDP is now my #2. Sorry for the long post; I just wanted people to know my awesome experience.
If you have insomnia, this is the strain for you.
I’ve struggles insomnia since a concussion 3 years ago, and only tried weed after not being able to fall asleep for days at a time. I used to be super opposed to trying cannabis myself, but I’m such an advocate for it now.
This strain was the first that actually helped me fall asleep for real. I never thought I’d be able to sleep without an opioid ever again, but I can do it regularly now.
I have ADHD/ADD as well and cannabis does help with the executive dysfunction a little. It helps take the edge off of minor nerve pain and headaches, but doesn’t add to anxiety because it’s an indica only strain.
I hate grape but you get used to it and start to not mind the flavor as much when you get used to it. I wouldn’t recommend it for work because it’ll knock you the fuck out, but it’s a great strain.
Another good one that’s not as strong but a similar effect is wifi-og.

I picked up a gram of this testing at 93.6% from Issaquah Cannabis Co. for $40: great price, great potency, great packaging, great people.
Smoked this before bed the other night and was out for eight hours straight. I was watching tv and knew it was time to hit the bed when I woke up with my chin on my chest out cold. Great for getting to sleep and staying asleep.
