Chocolate Thai reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Chocolate Thai.
Chocolate Thai! One of the most legendary landrace strains there is to date next to original thai. Absolutely one of the best treats cannasours look for. Exotic structures and even seedfinder has thousands of origin stories that relate back to it's first baby days.. Now into this bud.
Bud structure: Super compact lots of foxtails all around this green bud. Dank Clusters looking down birds eye view, has a star shape ill post a picture soon the hairs compete for the spotlight as they twirl upside the bud. Heavy Green with tints of dark moss leafs. I have had a compact bud and either they're super chunky on the grind, not chocolate thai grinds into a fine keif like state.
The Toke & Medicinal Effect: Very thick vape, Woody, diesel, floral notes at the end not to many strains finish with floral aftertaste. Instantly notice my adhd going away like I can think omg its great for creativity /focus, kind of like partying, while still keeping me engaged a little body high just off of one puff on the "Extreme Q system" (aka cheaper volcano with better filtration system) @ 190c. @= "at" just shorter and faster.
If you suffer from Writer's Block, Motivation, ADHD, Depression, Fatigue, or need a pick me up/ boost on a good day. I definitely recommend this for neurological intellectual disorders, it's a key to unlock a lot of the doors that block what we feel and want to say have a great day y'all!
Gives a good relaxed, laid back high despite being sativa. Usually it's not very strong in my experience, which can be a good thing especially if you're going for a medical or therapeutic effect.
This elusive strain is a "Blast from the Past"...
Chocolate Thai unless grown in a tropical environment is a low-yield and lower THC contender compared to modern strains. I would give 5 stars if it were consistently available. But this legend can be appreciated and is a favorite!
A landrace Sativa, it also has classic Indica results as it is dank, musty, and aromatic. Cru has a great example that reminds me of the original. Others are experimenting with this strain. Just remember that Chem Dog hails from similar lineage, and like its cousin, Nepali, is the greatest example of why true Thai is a jewel.
This strain is amazing for listening to music and for going on adventures which is an amazing pair, when I first tried it I was at a small concert with some friends and it made me feel like I was part of the song and made me feel like I was onstage too it is also really good for biking and walking around as I found out later that night when we biked to go and get food from a local mall nearby and ate it on some benches in a park

I carefully tracked this strain, absorbing as much knowledge about it as I could. OKMC in Broken Arrow, OK is the dispensary I call home. Behind the counter was a very knowledgeable gentleman wearing a hat. We chatted about the origins of this landrace cannabis.
“I’m an old school smoker. I remember when White Widow and Northern Lights reached Oklahoma. Now, my interest is in landraces. I remember Thai Sticks. Never had a chocolate terpene profile before. What can you tell me about it?”
“First off, if you like coffee then you will love Chocolate Thai.” Sold! “This has the taste of coffee. A smooth chocolate on the exhale with coffee on the inhale.” The man with a hat opened the jar and handed it to me. My mother, my caregiver, held the open jar for me. My hands don’t work so well.
Yes, he was right. Together, these buds create a cappuccino terpene profile that was new to me. I remember drinking coffee early in the morning, sitting on a bench next to the Colorado River. The smell lacked the floral, citrus, and fruit I tend to enjoy. This, however, had none of those. Instead, this strain possessed pine, earth, and musk. It was a mix of spices blending turmeric in there.
This particular strain softens incessant nerve pain. If normally your appetite is weak or your eating habits are less than, then this will help regulate your appetite.”
At the register, I paid the man $80 for 7 grams and wheeled away a happier man.
It’s VERYY TASTYYY
This review is about the legendary Chocolate Thai sticks from the 1977 to 1980 era. I obtained the genuine Thai sticks several times during this time period. At the time, three large thai sticks cost about $75, Each thai stick had about 3.5 grams of sensi flower bud with the chocolate flower tops tied to a small bamboo stick. The potency had to be 20+ % THC. Potency was outstanding and impressive. You simply could not smoke more than 1.5 bowls per day. The bud had an earthy pungent smell and was perfectly cured. The intense sativa high from .5 grams lasted about 5+ hours. It was neither speedy nor sleep inducing; great for walking and hiking The current strains available have a similar high but lack the intense quality of the genuine thai sticks. The high was dreamy, cerebral, and focused. Music sounded fantastic - I remember listening to Cream Live Volume 2 " White Room" repeatedly. The dreamy visual effects transported me to the Far East!!. This strain was highly coveted, hard to obtain, and disappeared after 1981....
Ok, back in The 70s when I was in elementary school, I was about 9 years old, my older friend around the block had the connection for the real Thailand stick, it was dunked in opium! One bong it would make you cough up a lung! And keep you loaded for hours! Then later down the road came Budda Thai Stick, That shit was so good! It tasted like hash when I smoked it in the metal pipe. In the 80s the original Chocolate Thai was around for a long time! $25.00 1/8th There was maybe a seed in the buds, but usually not. You just don't find weed like that in California anymore, unless you are Thai! It was all good in the good old days! I'm 53 now.
