relaxing, almost soothing. i love it

Update on my other review. I am absolutely thunderfucked by the experience that is Dark Star. I am floating through the deep nebulas from the comfort of my cozy couch.

greetings. I just tried this strain and it couldn't have came at a better time. my feet as well as my legs have been hurt for a while and dark star is true to its name and all that it has promised. DS hit me quick and quiet relaxed all my pain and my mind at the same time. slowed down my ever racing mind to enjoy the moments. The dry mouth hit me 15 min in and it wasn't even a problem because my body was so relaxed and blissful. 45 minutes in the dizziness hits and it's light enough to keep you up and moving.

Picked up this strain called Onyx at my dispensary. Not sure why but not having desired effect which would be for insomnia. The head highway isn’t that great either have to say I’m a little disappointed. Can’t wait for recreational marijuana shops in nearby Massachusetts so we can buy less when Trying a new strain. Overall less than average.

My main attraction to this was the indica and pain killing effects. My alternative in the past has been cannantonic. So far this is just great! I got home at midnight from a 3 1/2 hour flight where there were ridiculous loud ladies, screaming children, and i'm pretty sure someone farted. I got off the plan stressed as hell because i have to go to work tomorrow and I'm wound up, tense, exhausted and stiff. Got home, took a few hits of this stuff and I am C H I L L I N G. Only rating this 4 stars because It can be difficult to get up in the morning After smoking this. I have missed many an alarm clock and sometimes feel NyQuil level grogginess. Use caution Not an every day smoke for me but definitely one to keep on the shelf at all times for bad insomnia.

This is a great end of day strain! After a few hits, you start to relax. A few more hits and you are ready to chill on the couch or go to bed. This hits my head harder than my body.

This strain is definitely good for a nighttime indulgence... although it's a heavily sedating indica, it doesn't give that same Stoney feel you get from northern lights or purple kush. It's very balanced and comfortable after one bowl, definitely recommend this strain if you have anxiety or insomnia or both. Not incredibly potent, but that's ok because of the nice calm effects felt by this strain. The taste is very good, a strong grape flavor followed by a slight piney earth taste. Smell=piney/grape Taste=super grapey High=calm/relaxed and sleepy

The Dark Star strain is a pungent, dense bud with a very cerebral high. The full body taste and aroma complimented the euphoric effect the strain is known for.
