I got a cartridge of Gelato from Brass Knuckles (real one, not a fake) and it is one of the best strains I've found for relaxing after work with only a short time before bed. It is a seriously heavy hitter. It's way more towards the indica side for me. I wouldn't want to use it before work or anything important, but it's great for some videogames and movies. I tend to get anxious from several strains, this one has no anxiety to speak of for me.

Good dense nugs. Hints of purple with little orange hairs. Fairly frosty. The high is a creeper. Sneaks up on you. Mainly vaporized this strain. Very happy and relaxed. Good kick back strain when you don’t have much to do. Good for nighttime meds like an hour before you want to fall asleep.

I have tried several and by far, this is one of my favs. Totally relaxes your mind! As a female power exec who is always “on”, the weekends are what I have come to live for this disconnect.

"Lab Tested 33.47 THC". 33.47! This is the highest number I've ever seen advertised for any strain, so I sprang for an ounce of this crop of Gelato, and man, I'm sure glad I did. I've smoked Gelato before, but when I inspected the buds at the dispensary, this batch was undoubtably exceptional. All of the great features of Gelato, the deep purples mixed in with massive patches of orange hairs streaking the buds with a multi colored coat, were present in this crop, but something quite interesting about this set of buds is their huge crystalline structures that shimmer in sunlight or even incandescent light. When I saw these buds in their big glass jar at the dispensary, I felt like a child again, (it is Christmas time), who had just seen Santa, and had his wishlist granted. I bit the bullet, and bought an ounce. Mama was a little pissed, until she took her first hit of this "Super Gelato". Now I'm a hero. Go figure. I was skeptical of the 33.47% THC number, but not anymore. It's 11:18 am, Christmas Eve morning, and every is gone. I had nothing on my plate for the afternoon, so I ground up a small bud of Gelato and loaded my little glass pipe. Two hits later, and am a believer, yes sir, I have seen the light. This may be the strongest mojo this old toker has had the honor to consume. I've been smoking fine herb for over 45 years, (always have tried to procure the best marijuana and hash available; I have been fortunate in this regard), and this Gelato had me dazed and confused for15 minutes after the pipeload, and I like this in my weed! This is a Man's Weed, no disrespect to the ladies, just a description of the power of this,particularly potent variety of Mother Nature's bounty. Novice consumers be forewarned: "Paranoia strikes deep; into your lives it will creep; it starts when you're always afraid..." Buffalo Springfield. In other words new explorers in the world of cannabis please,use caution with this material, and never attempt to juggle running chainsaws, shoot high caliber firearms, or even unload the dishwasher, after smoking anything with a 33.47% THC rating. Gelato, thank you for sacrificing yourself up in smoke for me. I speak to my weed before I light up, offering a little prayer of thanks, and then an intention, then fire 'me up. This strain makes me feel so perfectly peaceful and beautiful! Im just so fucking happy right now! This is truly my number one now! No anxiety no depression. Amazing stuff!

This strain is impactful. This strain could be comparable to finishing a meditation, a relaxed feeling, refreshed and empty, but in a good way, and leaves you with a smile on your face. Just like a meditation, you might get sleepy, but you are still fully functional, even though you might not want to be.

It was an instant "heady" feel. It hit me hard at first but then it went to times of "Is it really over already?" I got super hungry and super sleepy. I slept so hard I didn't want to wake up and go to work. Don't operate heavy machinery on this!
