Fantastic strain. Not for novice smokers, this is one strain that can put you to sleep easily. Tried it off a recommendation and I'm very happy I did. Flavor is amazing, and the high is near instant and climbs for a solid 10-15 minutes then it's an incredible steady high for hours. In wax form I was getting long lasting highs and great full body effects. The perfect night time smoke, this is without a doubt one of my favorite strains and perhaps my favorite indica.
Smoothe, relaxing smoke. No coughing. Barely gets you high, kills pain well, and works very well for insomnia as I have that problem. For best sleep results smoke a few hrs before bed and let it fade off a tad before lying down. Lessens the severity of migraines but does not rid them. High in CBD so hard to go wrong. Kind of like Harlequin strain but not as happy feeling, probably better for night than Harlequin though. Buds taste like a dried fruit cigar, and smell like dead pine wood, soil, and sweet dried fruit all mixed together. Strong smell but not skunky.
Some of the most beautiful crystal covered buds I've seen. Gonna be hard to smoke away the last bud of this 8th. Its like smoking art. Good stony Indica high. Great for watching tv and typing in weed reviews online all weekend.
Days Later: I just picked up a Co2 cartridge of the GD and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed. Nothing like the flower. Feels sort of like a weak hybrid. Not impressed.
Excellent taste. Smell is difficult to contain when out.
Fluffy not so dense but amazing strain and awesome high.

god bud is one of my favorite strains, amd it is perfect for nighttime! you'll fall right into heavenly slumber.
I am a chemo patient, and the inability to eat due to nausea, stomach cramps, etc. has been a huge challenge. I vaped a half bowl of God Bud and was ravenous 30 min later. Ate a FULL proper meal and kept it down. God bud= Godsend.
Had a wax concentrate, 79% total cannabinoids, very flavorful, was called god bud purple wax for a reason, tasted very much like that classic purp taste, more than any other concentrate iv'e had, very relaxing and stoney, but not to the point of sleepiness, definitely would like to try the flower of this strain.
