It's a strong strain. One or two hits off the bong and I feel it. It pretty much looks like the picture. It's a little harsh on the lungs though. I've had it once before and know that I'm going sleep well tonight. I suffer from insomnia and chronic shoulder and knee pain plus bipolar disorder. This Jungle Juice addresses all of these problems very well. Get it if you can !!!
