This has always been a good choice for me in flower and concentrate. A strong relaxing body and I can shutdown for the night. Sleep.
I have rheumatoid arthritis and an unrelated back injury. This strain was great to get me going in the morning when I'm the most stuff and sore. It also helped with my depression. I felt happy and bright and (mostly) pain free without feeling groggy. This is the first time I've ever smoked anything in my life. It is a great introductory strain if you're a newb like me.

Made me unable to focus and sometimes found it was giving me almost headaches with no pain, raised my anxiety. Did help with any pains I had though.
Seems to do what I need it to do for my depression and anxiety. This strain does give me a slight headache, dry mouth, and dry eyes. I was pretty much attached to the couch with only a few puffs. Can really lay you out for a while, so make sure you don't have anything important to do anytime soon.
This is my number 1 strain, hands down. I love indicas, but Northern Lights takes it to a new level. Best way to smoke it is in a nice, tight, hand-rolled, non flavored joint on the back porch with your best buds and good music. The relaxation sets in smoothly with a tasty earthy flavor and a brandy like warmth. Highly recommend for insomniacs, and people who suffer from high anxiety.
And good night. Sleepiest strain I have ever had! Very lovely tasting but one hit and you're pretty much out like a light!

top 5 definitely
I have some 5g of this strain for 3 days straight. What I can say about it is that it is a very in your face high, especially in the beginning it's hard to relax. Where I live it is 7,50 a gram so it a cheap strain but even though it's cheap I would recommend it that much. The feeling is very hard to get away from and almost disturbing at times. The week after smoking (right now) I am have slight thoughts of paranoia, but nothing concerning. I would say u could give it a go, but definitely not a strain to start of with as ur first time. First timers I would recommend white window or og 18. Hope this review helped, and people agree.
