I have tried many strains through the past few months; I have to saw, I owe this strain a lot. This is the only strain I have finally not felt my knee pain. It's the best body high I've ever felt. Not only the body but it's a great head high. Very relaxed, love it
Very solid indica, still use it before bed sometimes. Highly recommend to people who are new to smoking and want to get a quality indica high for not to much cash.
Euphoric relaxation. Hit the bong then lay back and watch something that makes you laugh!

I've had two versions of this strain. One clocked in at about 18% total THC and was a pleasant high quickly leading to drowsiness. The other was a whopping 28% total THC and that one was absolutely phenomenal. Super relaxing body high thst crushed pain, but with a heavy mental side that resembled low dose psychedelics. That strain has gone into the archives as a "special occassion" herb...primarily because I have doubts to ever finding a stain version that is even remotely comparable. You know it's good when the dispensary salesperson makes an authentic "oh my god" face when he tells you how good it is. Northern Lights is phenomenal....some even more so than others.
Great relaxed feeling. Helpful for anxiety and insomnia

This has been my go to strain since I started using cannabis. I love the taste, great for pain management, and sleep.
The use of Northen Lights in Tai Chi and Qigong.
35% head, 60% boddy and 5% grounding
I found this strain usefull to solve problems in the flow of your form.
Try to walk your form unthill you have done this at least 4 times,
then keep in this flow and mix up the different figures and make your own form....
every thime you find an interruption of the flow, this is a figure you should reconsidder in your normal practice, and find the flow by andjusting timing, focus, breathing or stature... this would be easy with the 60% boddy...
