Sour Diesel is one of the strains I enjoy when I want to 'check out' for a while. One time I tried to smoke this just before heading out to do some yard work. I needed to wind some new cord on my weed-eater and I ended up sitting on the ground on my driveway for about 30 minutes zoning out and then busting up laughing at myself when I realized there was no way in hell I was going to be able to focus on the task at hand. Later when I was lucid again, I wondered if any of my neighbors saw me. I'm sure they did. This is a great one for Sundays when I like to study existential and philosophical subjects. It tends to take me out of my head and straight into the stratosphere, which is nice in a meditative, exploratory sense. This is the kind of weed that will let you stop and stare in wonder at something that might normally seem insignificant, such as tree or smoke coming from an incense stick. I consider this strain, for my use, to be an antisocial weed if I am going to be around non-smokers who don't want to philosophize. I simply have no desire to talk about moronic subjects when using Diesel. I would much rather take a journey of the mind, or laugh uncontrollably.

Strong high, not the bud for doing much moving around. Had me couch-locked for about and hour. Very strong smell, skunky let's you know SD is in the room... Def. a top ten....
Pungent Smell and great Sour taste...
All time favorite of mine when genetics and grow are on point. Simply LOVE this strain for Bi-polar, it provides amazing medicinal value for my anxiety, depression, pain, insomnia, stress creativity. Added bonus FUN strain. Sour diesel helps me be a normal person(almost).
It got me high, which was great, but it had such an earthy taste to it that I got distracted. It was definitely something for appetite because I had 0% before I started. The high was long but creative so it was great for day time. I would smoke again, but given the choice, I would go with something else.
Sour D is a great strain. It's strong, it makes for a great "One hit and quit' strain. Seriously, one little hit of Sour Diesel gives me a buzz. The high is a straight head high. Great herb!

On first try felt very energetic and creative ready to work. Wish the buzz was not quite as long though. Great for anxiety and creative work.
