4.5/5 - Sour Diesel is as OG as it gets. Probably the most popular strain in modern time. You literally can't go wrong. Smells/tastes almost the same. The smell really comes through in the way the smoke tastes. Also, in my opinion it's a great strain for beginners all the way to master chiefs!

Now I know why they call it gas! In addition to smelling like straight kerosene and tasting like sweet engine fumes on the exhale, it also hits like a freight train. And yes, it's technically a sativa, but it hits so hard and gets you so high the feeling can't help but go to your body. This is what you take if you want to get fucked up! It did make me focused, but it also made my thinking heavy and skewed my judgment. It basically melted my brain. This is not the strain for getting something done, unless you want to do it like scooby doo and shaggy. Hey, those boys got results! I can definitely see why it's been so popular all these years, but I prefer gentler, more clear headed strains.

Personally not a good experience, as a good time i tasted it, I only can say, I don’t like the flavor, and the effects. Simply not my strain

favorite sativa strain by far! it’s always a hit or miss smoking mid day with my ADHD, anxiety, and BPD since some strains make me unmotivated and irritable when coming down but this strain keeps me balanced and motivated and able to continue with my day with a nice high while helping w focus as well!

I've had been quite happily growing GSC for a 2 or 3 years in a small tent before I was forced to switch to Sour Diesel during a lockdown in 2022 and because someone accidentally let the GSC mother die I could only get 1 scrawny clone. I 2024 Sour Diesel is my daytime go-to smoke, it's a strong energising motivator to get me out and about despite living with mental illness and a severe pain disorder. I can smoke it all day without affecting what's left of my cognitive and physical processes. As a plant Sour Diesel loves to grow branches and is a fussy feeder, it drinks twice as much on the new moon, pests love them and God help you if you missed a watering while in flower. Originally I hated this level of commitment as there are plenty more strains out there easier/bred for growing in a tent, Even tho it will pop the odd phenotype and the dry mouth is normally the biggest negative for me (my psyche meds do as well) the general improvement to my lifestyle makes it worth the trouble.

Great for daytime use. Anti inflammatory properties really work for me. Keeps me level throughout the day easily erasing any stress and anxiety I may have.

D&D nursery knocks this strain out of the park. They bring out the best sour Diesel I've ever had since early 2000s. Kingston Oklahoma
