When I first saw this strain I was skeptical of it cus I never heard of it but OG family strain has never disappointed me so I gave it a go. I bought an 8th of sour OG from verano man as soon as I opend it I smelled the sour diesel ⛽ I knew it was gonna be 🔥 I rolled up a big ol doink and sheeez the taste was on point👌 that OG Kush taste really comes out like 2m in im feeling good talking my gfs head off lol I recommend this strain you won't be disappointed 😊

Mid at best.. didnt give me much of anything. No significant smell/flavor, no pain relief, no hard hitting high. Just kinda bland all around.

I see no breeder credit. I like that. I’m that guy. Lol. I’ve been waiting a while to see something about it. I made this cross back in 2006. Two amazing parents. Reserva Privada OG and NYC SOUR D. The results though blew either away. I’m pretty good at selecting and breeding. But this was a gift from god. I got new shit that’s way better though.

Hoooly. Let me tell you, man. A cross of two of my favorite strains, I expected the Sour Diesel to come through a lot stronger. Smoked all evening, and man it is relaxing. Imagine if a sativa could feel like a warm bath, and you’re pretty close to Sour OG. It’s definitely one of those highs that kinda shifts over time. When I smoke it, at first I just feel a bit of tingling in my face and my brain just goes quiet. All the background noise and chaos just fades, and I slouch right back into my pillows and they’re comfier than I’ve ever remembered. It’s giggly, it’s comfy, it makes it easy to focus. What’s not to like? Perfect for couch dates and movie nights. The best time to smoke it, in my opinion, is late nights you can’t sleep. You’ll get a little comforting buzz to soothe anxiety and within the hour you’ll be cruising back to bed like you never even left it.

I am a sativa man, I do not like to feel sleepy and drowsy when smoking. That being said, I really like this strain. The Leafly description is pretty accurate as I feel a heady sativa high that I feel in my eyes at first, giving me a great attitude and general happines, then it quickly trickles down your body and relaxes your muscles, but doesn't make you feel drugged or drowsy. it keeps the ready, focused and euphoric feeling you get from sativas but has the body tingle you get with indica. the best of both worlds, literally. Sour OG is one of the best strains I've had, and it great if you want to have a good time doing whatever you need to do throughout the day, and gets you ready for a nice night of relaxation and enjoying a video game or show. 👍
