This strain definitely helped me with headaches. A couple puffs and I was feeling great
Certified stress reliever, also works for minor aches and pains. I toked a little before my stretch routine and it eased the soreness from my muscles and allowed me to enjoy the session for its intended restorative purposes.

I have ADHD and I can tell this is a strain that, same as White Widow does, immediately raises my dopamine level.
After a few puffs with my vaporizer, I can sit back, relax and enjoy the melody.
SHD gives me focus and a clear high. Definitely a keeper for me.

Currently just coming into fourth week of flower and she's started creating pollen sacks. No light leaks no issues on feeding or watering, only strain in the room to "Herm out" although the pollen sacks don't seem to have any pollen in them once opened. here's hoping i spotted it early enough and pulled it and that the other girls dont go to seed. It's a shame because it was the nicest most stinky plant in the room.
