Thin Mint reviews

Very calming for no reason at all 👏
it's definitely a great morning strain. perfect balance between being able to get shit done, while also toking out!
Woah! Makes me feel hyper and HUNGRY! I’m relaxed but very alert. Burns alittle. Would definitely buy again!🤫🍪
All right, I've got some mixed feelings about this one. It seems to depend a lot on dosage, more than any other strain I've used. One thing to note right off the bat, though--it definitely has a strong minty, with a hint of chocolate, flavor on the exhale, so it absolutely lives up to its name, flavor-wise!
A couple of small hits off a vape pen, and the effects can be relatively mellow. You will feel high initially, but after a short while--like, less than an hour into it--you might start to question, "Am I even high anymore? Was I ever even high??" It seems to be one of the most "meh" highs I've experienced in this scenario--it seems almost like the effects are SO balanced that they see to cancel each other out.
A higher dose, however, can quickly send you into a tailspin if you're not careful, or if you're a novice user. The psychoactive head high is intense! You might feel like you can't close your eyes if you're trying to get to sleep, because the visuals behind your eyelids can start to feel a little overwhelming. Also, a show like Westworld might not be the best thing to watch if you're prone to paranoia or anxiety--you will likely find yourself questioning "Is she real?? Is he real?? WAIT, AM I REAL???"--and then you're in trouble lmao!! However, if you know how to handle your high and can find the right activity, movie or show to watch, or music to listen to, you will have a real blast with this one!
Personally, I don't notice much of a body high with this one, other than some munchies, as well as some dizziness--watch your step! Another thing to note is that, sometimes, it REALLY keeps me awake like all night, or at least, you feel like the dude in Fight Club--questioning, "Was I asleep? Had I slept...?" Sometimes it keeps me from falling asleep right from the get-go (e.g., the first time I tried this strain was after 3 days of backcountry skiing, and I was physically exhausted; I vaped a couple hits of this around 9:30pm, thinking I would go to sleep soon--but I ended up being awake until about 4am--YIKES!!). Other times, I can fall asleep initially, but if anything wakes me up in the middle of the night, I have a really hard time getting back to sleep. Personally, I would definitely NOT recommend it if you have insomnia.
Maybe, once I find the sweet spot, dosage-wise, I might come to appreciate this strain more, but for now, I'm not convinced it deserves all the hype it seems to get...
This is a quality smelling and tasting strain, but I don't know where the Thin Mint name comes from. When it was freshly picked, and still drying, it smelled strongly of cookies, but not mint. The drier it got, the less smell and taste it had. The smoke is clean, not a hint of skunk, which I despise, but there's nothing minty about. The smell and taste is basically planty, with somewhat of a cigar smell and taste. The effect is more up than I wanted, but it does make me somewhat sleepy later on. To me, this is an OK strain, it's good quality, but not up to all the hype I've read about.
Good strain Solid hybrid. Great taste!
I like it- very grounding experience, calm feelings
So. I’m a new medical smoker. I bought a delta 8 version of this from a local vape shop. I was extremely nervous to try ANYTHING because well hah anxiety man. Anyways. After I finally did it, I felt nothing. Dunno if it was cause I didn’t take a big enough hit or what. So I took a bigger hit and I coughed. A lot lol.
After a bit, I feel pretty good. Mild pain is gone, anxiety is kinda still there. Kinda tired. Not hungry. Which is cool.
