Trainwreck after Total Knee Replacement Surgery I was able to wean off of oxy two weeks after surgery using Trainwreck. Used it right before bedtime or when throbbing leg woke me up. It took any pain away and put me right to sleep. It felt as though the pain was moving to the background.One month after surgery it helped my mood if I took during the day.It gave me just enough added energy buzz to help me thru PT. Pleasant taste and medium strong earthy,piney smell. Wished I'd had it for my first knee replacement ten years ago.

Just love the way it makes me smile every time I get this!! Fruity smell with some orange zest!

tastes gas and i ain’t ever felt a type of peace like i did smoking dis shit and watching rainforest videos or listening to 6lack. i used it in a cart and drained 5 days worth in like 3 days. can’t wait to try pineapple express if it’s anything like it’s parent strain. took a walk on my normal 10 minute route and it felt like walking on mars. a very very trippy high that u will miss every day

I like it. I get more of a head high. It tastes like pizza, newspaper and plastic. Ok so basically if you eat a DiGiorno pizza without removing it from the box, this reminds me of that. I mean.. if I were ever to actually do that. Ok, its good weed.

holy fuck this strain is amazing

So like I bought a TW cart on sale, thinking it would be killer for ADHD. I took a hit, felt a little sleepy, figured I didn’t get enough, took a bigger hit, and fell asleep. I repeated this process for about 2-3 days until it was gone. Thank god it’s quarantine, I was non-functional! Not a focusing strain, for me.
