This strain effects me in almost an opposite way than most, but so does coffee (for reference). it's a nice head high, can be very relaxing and definitely great if you have loss of appetite (this strain helped me eat on a more normal basis when I had covid and normally I have no appetite with it). Dosage for me Id say about half a j is perfect to get things done around the house- organizing, creating, and a full j is greattt for menstrual pain (down into my toes) and helps me sleep. it's a really enjoyable float, very relaxed.
