The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The sound as well as the lights put you at ease when you walk in the store. Igor, is the one who helped me today and was very helpful with information on strands as well as pricing and effects. This is my first time at this shop and was recommended by a friend. This was my first time going to the Newport News location as I frequent the Portsmouth location. The customer service is still phenomenal. I bought a few of their trending 8ths and a vape. The White Cherry Runtz was amazing. The space is much bigger and they were having a comedy show which I attended. Good vibes, good prices, good energy. I highly recommend the Newport News location.

So this was my first time using this company and I’m SUPER impressed. The owner, I believe, personally delivered my items. It was super convenient, at least for me due to the fact I get super tired easily and I don’t drive as much as I use too. Everything was packed nicely and it was worth it. That’s all I can say. They are worth it!
