Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

Great shop and employees. I live here in gatlinburg, and this is the main a closest shop I go to. Great stuff! I noticed they also have spore syringes.

Good product. A little more expensive than other dispensary's but it's convenient if you live in Lake Placid

This store has such a happy positive vibe! The products are solid and staff is fire. Im enjoying the blue berry waffle bud I got a few weeks ago tonight. I saw a sour review a few days ago but I really can’t imagine that place or the staff being anything other than helpful and kind. Keep up the good work

They’re phenomenal. Great product, superior product and they have incredible customer service. They have a lot of product, so many strains, such a selection. Their product is also strong. The distillate is AWESOME.

First time customer. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The prices are great and the sales are phenomenal. The product, WOW!! Superior product, the distillate is top shelf and the flower is so smooth. They have so many strains!! They are so helpful!! I am a BIG Trulieve fan and I will be back. They really helped me, they explained product i wasn't clear about. They really took the time and I appreciate that. I think about my elderly Mom visiting a place like this and how she would do and this place would be excellent. Customer service is 10 out of 10. I have been traveling to Houston for my CBD concentrates for over a month now and they finally are getting some CBD concentrates in stock because I called them and request them by far the best shop ever. Now I don’t have to go to Houston anymore. LOCAL SHOPS ARE EVERYTHING. Now they will have CBD shatter. I am so thankful and happy.

I stumbled upon green dragon by accident and glad I did. Their selection is different than any other dispensary in the county and the pricing is much better. The staff I've dealt with her always friendly and knowledgeable.

I love this place.....it seems like it's a "'dead zone" atm though, not much RSO options.
