Topher was my bud tender and was great! Had great suggestions, polite and very knowledgeable. The gentleman at the front desk was also great. He greeted me as soon as I came in, also let me know it was going to a little wait and told me about the first visit extras. Highly recommend it!

Twice before while purchasing I had Zack for filling my order. What a knowledgable, kind, professional young man. He reviewed products specific to my questions and symptoms. He even provided multiple web sites and explained full spectrum and products to research with different terpines. I changed dispensaries and now will only go to PGH west, north Fayette. The only dispo in Buckhannon so thats where I have to go. The staff is Always welcoming and knowledgeable. the product choices are quite limited so when new stuff comes in Its worth getting. The only place I ever buy flower in Chattanooga. I will not buy any where else. Also they have some awesome dabs, vapes, accessories, glass, and gummies. I might of missed some stuff. My favorite place in Chattanooga.

Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion!
