Didn't realize how uneducated I (or my previous dispensary) was until coming in. Was a great learning process, very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Wouldn't go any other place again. Excellent meds and great tasting edibles!

First of all this place has amazing service. And it seems like they are always expanding. With that said I just wish a little more work was put into the presentation of the shop. Having a disability that is back related it would be nice to browse without having to crouch for what i want. The quality of their meds do make up for this and is the reason I go back.

This shop has a friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent products and a great customer service approach. The store is clean and well displayed. From flowers, edibles or new cartridges for my vape I can always find it at 2nd Step.

I am a non-user/caregiver. This facility is by far the most helpful and provides the most diversity of products of any I/we have visited. Thank You for all of your help. If you haven't stopped by to see this group, it's definitely worth the time! =)

This is usually a "go to" shop for me; great selection of flower, concentrates, and hands down best pre-rolls in town; staff is great as well. However menu hasn't been updated here in awhile and I know they have a great selection. With as many stores as there is in Salem now it's nice to be able to see what's available and if it's worth the trip in.

Very nice visit. Patient and great knowledge they share with questions answered. I am slow making decisions and was not rushed at all. Lots of variety to learn about. I plan on return visits to check out the large variety of stock they have.

Now this is a dispensary! Huge selection, all good quality, friendly atmosphere, helpful, and yes, I will definitely come back here! (I was unsure about a house layout, but instead of feeling like I was in a seedy locale, lots of windows, open, and very relaxing!

I really like this dispensary. The Purple Haze grown by the owner is $50/qtr and is one of my favorite Sativas. They have a large selection and everyone there is friendly.

2nd Step is a Chill relaxed place almost like being in ur own living room, they Always Have Quality med's I will say some is a bit over priced but thats the only downfall other then $$$ this is a great shop id recommend them to anyone.

What can I say - 2nd Step is THE PLACE to go! Since I started there, the staff is a bunch of great people, the location is very handy and also very well taken care of in and out. The stock is well kept up with a great variety of goods on the menu. I tried a Lunch Box Alchemy Squib Gummy 'Orange' today and I'll give it the Thumbs UP - good flavor and nice, mellow effect. The CO2's I use do great for my Epilepsy and Fractured Spine. Unless your out of town, this is THE PLACE to go for your cannabis needs!!! GO BEAVS

it was our first time coming here and they all were very helpful in finding the right strain for me they were all very upbeat and made us feel like we had been going there forever.... we will defiantly be driving over the river to see them ... thanks deedee

this was a great experience for me! i didnt look at the flowers much but the concentrates are top shelf for sure! very informative and friendly staff!! i will defiantly be back!!!!
