Just left Aces after not wanting to wait in the ridiculously long line at my normal dispo. What a mistake I made. The weed, looks AWFUL. It's pre-weigh sure, but 11% and the buds are super small and incredibly hard and dry. When I filtered for flower on their site it was the only option. Sadly I bought a half ounce of it. Wanted to turn around and take it back but I need to get to work. Will likely just toss it. Waste of money, sucks. I'll never go back there. Should've waited in the line after all. Ugh.

I absolutely love this dispensary I always get the $20 special on the flower and it's always great quality I just recommend when they show you the 8th to really look at it cuz sometimes the 8th do come up short and I know this because I weigh my product when I get home to sort it out into my medicine canisters but other than that this dispensary is amazing the people are always welcoming towards me so maybe anybody that's having problems ordering online should just show up in person like everybody else or better yet if you don't like the dispensary go somewhere else because we don't need your type of negativity at our dispensary.

They cool here its like the only dispo i go to i used to go to verts but this place have the cheapest wax in town by far. Flower is relatively cheap. I also like how they do the deals, esp on the green rooster products, buy two one for a dollar. Cant go wrong on that. I do wish they would remove their new policy on 1 per person for their daily deal when supplies are back up.
I've now twice been sold concentrate with a mislabeled THC%, the first time (weeks ago now) only off by 5% and I questioned my own reading, the second (just now) off by a whopping 20% (81% when it's really 61%) called in minutes after purchase to be told I am correct and that it's basically "ok" because the rest of the concentrates on the menu are correct and around 60%, I've been coming to Aces pretty much weekly for almost 2 years and it's only continued to get worse like this, I don't know that I'll be back after that. It's like a gas pump saying the wrong price per gallon and blaming a customer for overfilling to a point they couldn't afford, not my job to advertise correctly to myself. Just trying to be efficient right now and it's not helpful to be mislead and then told "oh well" for something I put my money into. Just wrong. It's only slightly concerning that both times the mistake made for a better product being advertised, not at all fishy.

Just got a great deal on Indica flower. Big thanks to Michael C. who took the time to look and find me the best deal. I usually love Aces. It’s the only place I go because they have distillate syringes that I really like. But the new online menu doesn’t have any of those available. So I decided to try a different distillate in a jar. The description said it was 80 percent thc potency. When I got it it was only 70 percent. That’s a huge difference to me. And I chose an eighth of weed from the sale tier. I realize that it’s the cheaper tier but had I been able to look at the bud first I would have never bought it. I wouldn’t sell that to a high schooler. Much less an adult every day smoker. No crystals, horrible taste, crappy hi. Until you guys let people back in for regular business and you offer the syringes again, I will be going somewhere else. Not interested in wasting any more of my money.

I absolutely love this dispensary. Fantastic customer service, great prices and deals. The only thing that kinda sucks is how loud it is inside. Can hardly ever hear what the bud tenders are saying to me. I think the music need to be turned down for people like me that are hard of hearing. Other than that 9/10 would recommend.

It felt like some employees assumed everyone had been there before. Being my first time I asked an outside attendant if we wait in the car or go in after seeing people come in and out. She was a little snippy until I stated I had never been there and was not sure if the system. The same thing happened with my check out lady. She took my money placed my order on the counter and didn’t say anything until I asked her if I could just take my bag and go. She looked at me strange and said yes. Most places go over what is in your bag, staple it, say thank you or have a good day... not just stand there looking at you after taking your money.
I’ve had a 90% success rate. I’ve always been a happy customer except for recently when I purchased a half ounce of the special “Moby Dick”. Understandably due to the health crisis I was unable to look at the product before leaving & since I never had issues before so I didn’t think twice about it. However, this strain is very disappointing. Very little flavor or head change and it seems to require a lot of heat to burn. I’ll be back, I’ll just steer clear of this particular stain. I just wish I hadn’t purchased so much. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

During this time of global pandemic, Ace’s Is bringing multiple customers into the store at the same time and asking them to fully remove their face masks to receive service. They asked me to remove my mask with another customer less within a few feet of me who wasn’t wearing a mask at all. Now if they would have asked to see my face outside in the open air I would have considered it, but the staff there said it was for the camera, completely unacceptable. Mind you, we are still under a shelter in place order in the state of CO that hasn’t been lifted yet. They refused me service and I left immediately without fuss and will never return even once things are “back to normal” I’ve been shopping there for a year due to its proximity to my home. I repeat never again. Ace’s place doesn’t value its customers or their safety, there for I would advice you all think twice before spending your hard earned dollars there.
The pickup process was an impressive operation. Clean, socially distanced, and safe.
Ace's Place knocked it out of the park.
Their deals are the best in Fort Collins & they are doing everything right to prevent spread of COVID-19!

This place has the nicest most helpful tenders.... they do not get frustrated or rude with the customer no matter how long they take or how many clarifications you need they are willing to help ☺️
