Looks like it’s in a creepy place but honestly it’s a fantastic store and the people who work there are knowledgeable and friendly.

I love this place! I've been to other dispensaries in the area, and while Aces is smaller than most, they have the best atmosphere, the best quality, and best bud tenders. I've never hesitated to ask questions about anything because they're already super happy to answer and help. I won't go anywhere else!

I was so impressed with how organized the curbside pickup was! And as always, they had great product and the BEST customer service! Everyone who works at Ace's is super friendly and helpful.

Man i like this place but the last i was here before today i got sold something i did not like called to complain but there wasn't much i could say other than it was shit black eyed katy or something but this time i ordered grape kryptonite 24% an indica got durban poison 17% a sativa which i hate if they woul have told me i wouldn't have gotten it. shit i feel like i was. burn on the street. But all in all its a good place oh and i didn't even get my 20% discount i was promised from the last time

I went in this dispo thinking it was gonna be decent, but sheeeeshh did yall sell me some bogus ass flower that was filled with nothing, but bogus chemicals.. burned tf outta my throat. on top of that it had holes indicating pest was in the product, like yall really doing it for the money and not the medicine. Poison MID packs for sure.

All of the products we sell we certainly use ourselves and wouldn't ever purchase something that could potentially harm our customers! The holes you may have seen on your product aren't related to bugs, but those holes indicate the spots left open by either leaf which was trimmed off or by the calyx being broken and exposed at the pollen node! Please rest assured that the product was clean and tested thoroughly prior to it's delivery to us. I would encourage you to check back as our flower strains rotate daily and weekly.

Aces Places is by far the best dispensary in Fort Collins. They have the best deals every day of the week and really friendly staff!
I love this this place so much. I only get green rooster gummies but everyone I've shared with (adults of age of course) has (have?) said that out of every gummie they have ever tried that those green rooster ones have the best flavor. The employees are always beyond awesome. It's always a happy time to go there and after the visit, heading home with my purchase is even more a happy time. And like others have said, with this crazy virus stuff, I am beyond thankful they are still open. I will always recommend Aces.
Because of this whole coronavirus scrap aces is doing a drive up pick up on your orders. I placed my order within a minute I got a confirmation and within a minute after that I got another confirmation stating that my order was ready I pulled up no lines and picked up my weed. the service is great the employees and staff are wonderful as always and it was even quicker than just normal walk up service. Thank you Aces, as always you guys are the best and Rock.

I enjoy the enthusiasm and kind out going vibe everyone has, plus they have some of the best dab I've ever come across❤
Did not like that I ordered something online and when I picked up they gave me something else. What’s the point of ordering online? I’ve had their Mandarin Sunset before and it was good but yesterday they gave me Mandarin Sunset with all super tiny buds with really bad taste and smell. Leaves a nasty after taste I can’t get rid of and gave me a headache.
upset about new system...but if I knew before hand it would of been okay. I am sure I will get use to it...just threw me a curve ball today

Love Aces and the staff. They’re doing great with all this social distancing. Only issue I have is I recently purchased half an oz of a strain called Moby Dick and was very disappointed 🥺. Super sad especially because I got so much of it and this has NEVER happened before.

I liked the atmosphere place and people
Regular at Ace's and their outstanding customer service is no less than that with the current pandemic. Everyone communicated very well to the customer of the process for picking up their orders. Quick and efficient. Ace's is and will always be my go to shop. I hold all other places to their standards and during this time it will be no different. Thank you to the entire staff at Ace's for continuing to work providing the outstanding services as always!
