Why have a menu if you're not going to update it?

I have come here on more than one occasion during business hours and they were closed for no reason. I have been buying CBD flower from them the past couple of months and it seems like every other time I try to go through all the trouble of dealing with the road construction I end up empty-handed because they're closed with no explanation. It's starting to get really old.

Thank you for your honesty. I am happy to say that our store is no longer under the same management as of fall 2021 (about 9 days ago) and our current staff are amazing. We have been short-staffed and in a rough transition but our team is going above and beyond to get things back to the high standards we hold dear at The Flowershop. Our current hours are 8 am until 10 pm every night and you will not be disappointed by unexpected closures again. I can assure you that your experience shopping at The Flowershop will be a complete turn around if you give us another chance. My sincere apologies for your bad experience.

I feel like the only reason this place has bad reviews is because people get uppity about waiting their turn, which yes, can take a few minutes any time you go to a dispensary who only has one person working. I got some of the best weed I've had in over a year & the budtender was extremely helpful.

I think the customer service at the Flower Shop was excellent, the atmosphere was comforting in each employee made me feel wanted and comfortable since I was a first time customer @ any dispensary... I suffer daily from chronic pain and anxiety so having AJ (a Flowershop employee) was very knowledgeable and familiar with their products that they sell. I have severe social anxiety and AJ took the time to go through each strain and let me know what the best strain would be for my symptoms as well as the ones I should stay away from and explained that there are hundreds of strains some of which could induce panic attacks\make my paranoia worse. I will definitely be returning and I will for sure referring my friends!

Came in early today. Got some dabs and RSO. Peeps were super chill. Dude even ran my change out to me after I forgot it. Definitely coming back.

The guy who helped me the two times I've been in is very knowledgeable (my last dispensary sold me the wrong product...3 different times) and I've been happy with my purchases at the The Flowershop so far. Plus their prices are way better than the place I was going. I'll drive a few extra miles to come here for sure!!

So I used to give this place 5/5 for quality, service and atmosphere and most importantly price/selection and it was less busy than the dispensary I had been going to. But I've been going here once a week for 3 months and over the last month I've decided to start going back to my old dispensary even though it is further away and busier. The selection of high end / high priced bud remains good, but the moderate range bud recently I have gotten seems too dry, and is is consistently unsatisfying on a regular basis now. So when I'm the neighborhood for the higher end stuff, still a good place to go. But most weeks I got a fixed budget for for bud this place is not were I go on a regular basis anymore. Sometimes the busier places are busier for a reason I guess!

The employees all seemed new and they were very disorganized. The product was decent but they didnt even know what strains were from which grower and which ones were indica or sativa. The menu is outdated 5 days. There were no prices marked on any of the product. There seems to be management issues. They were having computer issues while ringing it up as well. I am not even sure if I got what I wanted and there was no receipt or bag. I asked for a military discount but they never gave me my receipt so I cant be sure I got it. I am glad I didn't buy more or I might have said something. $27 lesson and at least the product was good.

The employees you saw WERE new. We had an employee call out sick (we do not have employees work while potentially contagious), and one employee was training both of our new hires.
We do not mark prices on the flower jars because sales happen frequently, however there is a large digital menu with all the current pricing.
The aforementioned digital menu also displays each strain by farm as well as whether it is Indica or Sativa, so that should have been easy to determine for you.
The "computer issues" you mention were simply our new, in-training employees learning how to use a new computer system. Giving them a little patience would go a long way as they are new to the job and trying their best.
We do not print receipts unless we are asked - most of our long-term customers don't want a paper trail of their cannabis purchases for obvious reasons.
Every product in Oregon already comes in a bag, we are doing our part to help the environment by only supplying bags to customers who feel they need another piece of trash to throw away later.

I love this place! I have been a million places and they all have weed. A lot of them have good customer service as well. The Flowershop has always treated me GREAT! I like that it's laid back, but still professional to take care of business and any issues that come up. Thanks for being an awesome place for my service dog and I to come visit.

I've been coming here since they opened a few years back. Really impressed with my last visit, lots of nice flower to choose from. So happy to see the Violet Delight back on the shelf, can't find anything else that smells quite like it!

I found this little shop next to my clinic, so I paid a visit. These guys are very helpful and very respectful. I'm a elderly lady with a walker who uses cannabis medically. i forgot to get the bud tender's name since i was in a hurry, but he was the only person on staff when i arrived. his knowledgeable feedback helped me decide between 2 different shatter strains i was considering. xj-13 is also my favorite strain & its what i wanted when i came in, so i appreciated him NOT discouraging me from buying an eighth of the remnants on their xj-13 supply, despite having much better quality cannabis available. i will be back. please just keep your concentrate prices affordable.

I love this dispensary! It not only has great, affordable strains, but it has great atmosphere. I thought the budtender was sweet and was really happy with his input. The different mix & match strains he suggested were a perfect fit and their preroll selection was tasty. I'm definitely a Friend of The Flowershop:)

Down to earth and friendly staff. It can get backed up because only one person works there at a time but I like the personalized attention. Always fantastic prices! Quality flower and well rolled joints.

ultra friendly staff- very knowledgable "bud tender" with specific experiences to share of medical effects for certain strains. also another new employee seeming bright and willing to be real.
The interior could use some finish work, art and hominess. But the quality of the flower was great for a dispensary as well as the kind, (no pun intended) make you feel comfortable customer service.
btw out of the 6 strains the winning pair are... Samoas and Perqurkle.
They also carry cannabis seeds from Dynasty Seeds. Great suggested donation amount on those as well.
I will be back for sure
