Amazing place and people
Definitely a chill spot for people who know what they want. But if your new to dispensary’s they don’t really have flower displayed out to view or like a menu board on the wall. It’s kinda like a gas station but for marijuana products. The products are pretty cool and work but again you have to know what your into. I got a few flower strains and whenever I got into the car I realized no one had told me if they were even indica or sativa flower strains I just picked named from a paper list. And a few were even sold out after I asked and she had to cross them out but she did immediately offer me the next best thing which was cool. Like I said super chill spot if you know what you want and your not new to this, if you wanna go for the wow factor I’d suggest Ann Arbor MI

Place was awesome before recreational kicked off . Bill the manager or owner whomever the guy with all the answers is..... basically tell you what you want to hear . I drive 5 hour round trip 2x a month . Retired /disabled military . Was told so many times recreation will NOT affect medical products, deals, or service. And it did and does . Then rec starts and supply , service ,price and customer service has changed for the worse . Everyone no matter your medical status or distance traveled gets same "discount" recreational no matter what AB says gets better options then medical now . To make it up Bill the man who supposed to have all the power and answers but his response was my last trip ..."we will make it right" My last trip I got nothing to make up for the frustration or lies for lack of better word . Basically "we will make it right" means I'm just going get my order nothing more nothing special ...doesnt matter we have been personally communicating issues . Supposed be medicine but turned this in money grabbing as soon as they had a chance. Loyalty should go both ways in cannibis industry ...especially when most pass a dozen dispensaries along the way ...start making these places earn you $$ just dont accept it we have options now. Make them cater to us not the other way around .

Hi there. So sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience. This is not an excuse, however being forced into curbside orders only the last few months due to COVID-19 was a curveball no one was prepared for - we have smoothed out the process and are getting people their product in a much more timely manner.
As far as the medical and recreational stock/price confusion, could you possibly elaborate? By state law the recreational product can only have 100mg per package, whereas the medicinal patients are allowed a lot more than that. So in a sense, they are still getting the "better product", but in no way are we selling the medical patients' stock as recreational. If we missed your discount, we sincerely apologize. We have about 5-10 different medical deals running daily and sometimes the budtenders forget to apply said discount. We'd love for you to give us another try. Our lobby is now open to medical patients and recreational customers. We just ask that everyone follow the CDC and MRA state guidelines regarding COVID-19 safety. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask to speak to our general manager. This is a different individual than who you spoke with.

Been coming here since they opened. Never disappointed at any time. Great safe location great people great service best of all great flower. Takes me 3 hr to get there and 3 back. Well worth the time and what I like best is seniors get a 15% discount. At 75 it helps a great deal Highly recommended Thanks Michael B
