Great place fast friendly

Tanesha(sp?) was our budtender today and she provided amazing customer service!!! She went above and beyond what was expected which allowed us to have a much better end to our day. She had no idea what we've been going through lately and how much her help really meant. People like her are rare these days so we are extra thankful that we were blessed by her.

I have been a loyal customer of AB for over 1 year, before they went recreational and ruined the selection of concentrates. There is almost no concentrates (Live Resin) for medical patients anymore, If I select recreational, there are dozens to chose from, priced so high, no one in their right mind would buy them. $85 to $100 per gram for what should be $60 grams. I understand that recreational gives them a lot more profit, but they have turned their backs on the very patients that helped them grow into what they are today. I now give my business to their competitors down the road. I won't be back unless things change.

Coming from a Colorado transplant point of view Amazing Budz was incredible, the quickest service I have ever received from a dispensary, very kind, knowledgeable, and with great deals to boot. My husband and I left very happy customers that will definitely be returning time and time again!

Cool ass staff!!!

Have had issues with staff communicating when ordering for delivery. Have had multiple delivery orders not delivered for days. Some times when the order comes the products were not what I ordered. When asking to have issues corrected I have been told they will “take care” and “make things right”. When placing an order after discussing the issues with the staff I had $15 taken off my bill and surprise surprise the delivery order was not what I wanted. This place used to be halfway decent but it appears they are are sacrificing customer service and quality for profits. Multiple other shops have opened close to this shop and it appears the other shops have better deals, better customer service and less frustration.

In the past week, I haven’t had the greatest experience. So last week, I was in there and felt that I overpaid with the discounts that were offered. They did offer us compensation for that. Fast forward to today, I ordered and the price seemed weird again. I just went past it because I love the store so much! I always come here when I can! Then, I look at some of the stuff I bought and the amount of stems with absolutely no bud on them was almost disappointing. And it was a “..caregiver product that we like to keep around great quality and smell.”

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our Budtender was awesome and made us feel comfortable as it was our first time in the store. He told us to take all the time we wanted to and explained each and every item we had questions about. The store was amazing, my first time, will return. The staff made my first time buying experience very enjoyable.

I absolutely love going here, I'm always greeted like family, and the prices are always right,great product, and great service, at a convenient location in accordance to my home in Temperance, I personally won't be going anywhere else anytime soon. peace.

Look the People are super savvy and eager to help. At this point when I walk In I’m greeted as family. They consistently hold to the deals they have online. Never forget product and always recommending some great meds. The GM is a awesome cat! They love the people who come through the doors and as one of those people you can tell! Thanks AB one love.
