I’m a medical patient. The deals and flower are great. The problem is the online ordering system. I tend to place larger orders and I have a problem every time I go. I decided to just walk-in for future orders, but since today is 4/20 I knew they’d be busy so I gave the online ordering system one more try. My order looked correct online so I proceeded to prepay. I get to the store and I’m missing a half oz of shake which I was charged for. After speaking with multiple people I was told I’m over my allotment by a gram. So I tell them to remove a preroll so I’m not over my allotment. I get home and there are less prerolls, but still no half oz of shake. I check my allotment on the AZ health services department website and my last visit was 3/29, which means I was in fact not over my allotment. I was not trying to buy more than 2 1/2 ounces so I should have been well within my allotment considering it resets every 2 weeks. I’m tired of fighting with this place because they can’t figure their system out. Will take my money elsewhere.

I have been going here for over a year now and I don't really go anywhere else for my flower because no one else can beat there prices! The staff is always great they take care of me pretty well me and my wife have came across some faulty carts and they had no problems replacing them. There always friendly and great!! hey i love this place but i moved over a hour away anyways i ordered 2 gmo live resin AS grams due to the bogo it doesn't specify vapes at all. I got the screenshot, it says concentrates. But when I go to check out, it's not giving me the discount. I just want to make sure before I drive all that way that I am gonna receive the discount. I'll be the only one that ordered it. cannabis society was one of my first dispensaries when I started smoking and first got my medical card back in 2017 I haven't been here in a while but the staff is always been friendly and knowledgeable

I've been going to this dispensary since 2015. I have always had a great experience, every employee I have had interaction with has been helpful and nice to talk with.

Awesome people and place

I just picked up, didn't really talk to anyone about any deals, products, etc. So when I got home, my order seems to have some extra bonuses, so I hope that was intentional. I didn't open til I got back home to Wittmann. If it was intentional, bonuses, new patient, or whatever, thank you very much. Hopefully it will all help me get thru a major cleanup of my house snd. Property, as I am in quite a lot of pain, and need my motivation to get rid of years of my life for a simpler one, so again thank you.

Idk if it’s me but iv been coming for the last 7 years and the atmosphere here changed . The front people are very rude and I was told I can use my rewards and at the end of the transaction they didn’t let me use them. Whats the point in collecting them up if we can’t use them ?
