My latest trip to HCI was my best yet! We were in & out in under 10 minutes....that being said, I've decided not to share info of time & day yet, 😜

Place sucks, and I see the fake reviews are still continuing. The writing style is very obvious. Pretty sad the only good reviews they can get is from I assume the employee(s) [as other have stated]. My cashier left much to be desired. Not knowledgeable in the slightest. Relying on your looks and giggling may work for men, but I'd do your job better. Reach out HCI! I'm interested in replacing some of the dead weight.

Waited about 2+ hours in line. Worth it! They have a pretty nice system set up for the amount of people they serve a day. Who cares how many registers they have open. Think about there employees who seem to have to work everyday non stop. I’ve been in retail before. People should think before they leave a review.. I believe the guy said he was one of the managers that helped me, Kyle. Very professional and friendly answered all my questions. I will be back!

What an awesome experience, from the workers attending the line passing out the menu, to our cashier Tomi, every step highly exceeded my expectations. The staff as we went along offered to answer any questions we had. The products for sale were not overcrowded and easily displayed for viewing/purchasing. During check out Tomi thoroughly explained what we were interested in buying and went above to make me feel comfortable with my choice. I will be returning as often as needed. I personally thank the staff at HCI in Collinsville for a great beginning.

Waited 5 hours in the cold and it was worth it. Absolute amazing first day and legal purchase. I will definitely be returning, and Shout out to my guy Zach with the beard you legend.

I loved how everyone was very helpful in choosing the best kind for me. Tommi was very educated on the different kinds of products and the dispensary also.

First time visit more than a week after recreational went legal. Everything was overpriced...everything. Only one type of flower. Excited to be legal but very disappointed and how “not ready” dispensary’s were. If u go..take a couple hundred, few hours and don’t expect much

Limited selection for recreational but quality products. Long waits but friendly staff/security and patrons. Prices are high blame state government. Wash your hands..

I have dealt with several good peeps and been 5 times. No one wants to wait in lines and they do what they can to make going as easy an experience as can be.

Great place. Line was long but it was only the third day since rec came to Illinois. Staff was great, Zach with a beard helped me out with getting my stuff, there was a hiccup with the machine but hey it's still new and my chillum was free because of it. So I definitely recommend checking them out and I will be returning often.

They do very well for the volume of visitors they get.

Horrible service. No direction as to where to go. We were driving in from out of state and pulled into parking lot and got yelled at by staff. They gave no direction, let us drive by into their parking lot and told us we needed an appointment. Now we find out you have to take a damn shuttle to get there. Spend your money elsewhere where they appreciate your business

First time purchase and it was so fun. They have a DJ and everything -so it feels like a party the minute you get there. Andrew helped us and he made us feel comfortable + we bought vapes and edibles.

Overcharged. And won't answer emails! We went on 3-15. Bought 6 packs of mints between myself and my husband. They were marked $25 on the live menu. We were charged $29 for each one. I thought the total seemed high, but didn't think to look at prices on the receipt until we got home. I even double checked the price in live menu when I got home, still said $25. I emailed though a link on the website, for 2 days with no answer. I found another link that allowed me to email directly, they finally answered and asked for pictures of the receipts. I immediately sent what they asked for. They haven't responded since 7 days ago. It's been over week and many, many, many unanswered emails ago. I know it's been a crazy week. But they have not stopped selling to make more money. I can only assume they have stolen my money and plan to keep it! That was $20, plus 28% taxes on that.

Always love the atmosphere and service within this whole place and always love how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is. Tomi always knows what's she's talking about and is super nice. I tell all my people about HCI collinsville and they need to check it out and ask for Tomi!!!

I loved everything about the experience. Long lines but that’s to be expected. The prices might scare some away but it’s well worth it. Shout out to Zach, ( with the beard) what a nice guy talks to you like he’s known you for years.

Lousy operation! In this day and age, who wants to place online orders outside in public setting with no social distancing or masks worn. And then you need to take a shuttle bus or WALK. Would you want to ride in a SHUTTLE WITHOUT BASIC SOCIAL DISTANCING. Overcrowded and no respect/options for a medical patient from out of state. Some of us can’t walk due to pain. You would think the website for their operation would be updated.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. From the security director while waiting in line to the bud tenders when we got in 3 hours and 16 minutes later. Worth the wait. Excited to see what their menu expands to.
