For rec...Place feels more like cattle going to slaughter. Keep you pinned up in a tent only letting you in a handful at a time. Don't let you see anything prior to ordering. Prices are ridiculously high. The staff seem cool and helpful. Only good thing about the place.

This review is only for a couple visits. Normally this place isn't that bad. prices are a little high but they keep good stuff in stock but is 12/14/19 was any look at what its going to be like come January stay far away. I have been there 3 times during a big rush of people and they have no organization to get people through in a timely fashion. after being closed for 3 days they should have known it was going to be a busy day and prepared for it but that was a big fail. they had plenty of staff there but when most of the time it was 2-4 people standing around looking at a list trying to figure out who is next you know they are not prepared. most people took a number and were told they would get a text 20-30 min before there spot in line was up but that was a cluster to. I got my text 5 min after they called my name so if I would have gone home they would have been closed by the time I got there. my advise is after January 1st if u see a lot of cars in the lot go to a different place or risk waiting for 3 hours as hundreds of us did today.

As a medical patient I've been coming to this facility for 2years and I honestly can say it's always a great experience. Staff is super friendly and educated and quick. I personally love having Tomi wait on me, she is courteous and knows her stuff. Definitely will continue coming here and I'll recommend people for recreational purchasing.

Exorbitant prices for mediocre (at best) flower. Oh, and a long wait to boot. Won't be returning. Disappointing. 👎

Thank goodness for January 1st!!! I visited this location not knowing what to look at and definitely not knowing what to purchase. Tomi helped me tremendously!! Her product knowledge is AMAZING!! She took the time to explain everything I needed to know before purchasing. She is truly an asset and I look forward to her assistance during my next visit.

1 flower available and it's terrible, no way the Strawberry #17 has 36% THC. It's only labeled that high so they can tax you 25% on it, as flower under 35% THC only has a 10% tax. It is not a hybrid either, just a weak Sativa. $20 a gram gtfooh. You need to visit dispensarys in Vegas and Colorado your current setup is child's play.

Had my first experience yesterday with one of the managers, Kyle. He was super nice, professional and helpful answered all my questions and made me feel like I was more than a transaction action. The staff is well trained I will defiantly be back! Go see them

The few products I could afford were good. Hopefully the huge crowd from the new recreational use laws is the reason for not having a bigger selection in products to choose from due to being sold out. No gummies or concentrates were available and very very limited flower. Nicer vapor cartridges cute shop organized and professional customer service very expensive. Illinois tax on this is high.

Scheduled an appointment @ 6:45 and drove hours just to find out everyone's orders are canceled once I got there. Would of been OK with cancellation if proper notice had been given that way many of us who drove many hour and prepared for the occasion (rented hotel and everything) wouldn't of wasted our time and money. Alert was sent out at 5:09pm alerting customers that they were closing at 5.. I don't know of a single company that would send a cancellation alert AFTER the time they are closing early.. what sense does this make? This shows an obvious lack of care for their customers time and money all based on FEAR. There was no evidence that the area would experience riots yet they closed early based on being safe rather than sorry.. which is all well and good but you need to be sending out the alert AT LEAST an hour in advance (especially when it based on fear/something that the public has known about for days instead of hard evidence your area would be effected). never again.

No where close to properly managing the droves of people. Only 2 cashiers working this morning.Premium prices with very little variety to choose from, especially when you're serving an area of approximately 2.5 million people. After visiting many different dispensaries in Nevada,this is a major disappointment.
