We tried both places in Springfield but I like HCI. The staff will work together and answer questions. Prices and selection is great too.

I love that they know me and what I like. They even accommodated my sugar free needs for edibles!

From your first time visit on, you will be treated with the utmost courtesy & compassion, and you will be assisted by a staff that knows their products. They will answer any questions you may pose. Made me feel very comfortable as a first time medical patient. The business is very clean & welcoming. They have really nailed it. Great job!

This is my first experience like this. My ailments have been hard to treat with pharmaceutical drugs.. A long journey to find something as natural as this and I must say that it has been a great one with this staff of good people! Beautiful customer service attitude, a homely feeling like going to your local grocery store. Pat, Alex, Em, Emma,Kelly and anyone else I may have forgotten you all are so nice and great at what you do.May God bless you all keep up the great work.

I think it's really nice to walk in and so organized place is very clean, the staff was so knowledge of the product they were selling. very polite and really care about your needs as a patient. The variety of products to choose from and if they do not have you place a order. I'm pleased to have this dispensary for my needs and encourage people to look into.

Beautiful dispensary, really nice folks who work there, coffee, snacks, tv in a comfortable waiting room...then when you get in there, the prices are GREAT....and with over 200 items on the menu- well you just can't ask for much more- in Illinois, to boot! Well done, HCI!

Emma helped me my first time in HCI! She was super friendly and helpful. The girl at the front desk (Kelly?) was friendly and welcoming! Lots of variety in the back.

Great place. No questions are stupid for the newby. Very friendly. Being as nervous as I was. they put you at ease. Had no problems. They treat you wonderfull, and exceeded my expectations. i will not go anywhere else.
