MOCA, you have my heart. This dispensary is a couple of blocks from my house. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always make good recommendations. They also have great specials and a good rewards system. I’m not here very often, but several people in there know me by name, which is sweet. It’s also great that their prices are online so you can plan ahead and know what you’ll spend. I must confess that I’ve switched dispensaries a few times to see what else is out there, but every time I do, I realize that MOCA far outshines the other places. For atmosphere, the only minutely negative thing is that the waiting room can get crowded sometimes, but that’s the price of being popular, right?

No matter what your experience level, the staff will help you with every question and every issue. From choosing the right strains to processing paperwork, they do it all and they do it very well. They have a huge selection and are very rarely out of stock on popular items. Prices are competitive and they often have great bundles. If you're searching for a dispensary where compassion comes first, where you are treated like a human being instead of just another customer, you will love this place!

I've been going to MOCA since December and there's no way you can get me to sign on to a different dispensory (maybe a year or two of free product would do it). The crew at MOCA always takes care of me. They all take the time to really know what my preferences are so whenever I come in they immediately know what product to tell me about and what upcoming promotions I'll be interested in. And they all know their product inside and out if I have any questions. Danny, the head honcho, even does his best to get specific things in stock that I like. I''m sure he gets tons of requests, and he has to focus on the big picture of overall sales, but he is always willing to try and accommodate his patients as best as he can. They have great sales too. Overall, it's a great store with top notch product, an abundance of selections, and staff that truly creates relationships beyond the norm with their customers.

I have been a customer since March 2016, and there selection continues to evolve and impress. Easy access, great specials, very helpful budtenders.

The staff here can be good depending on who is your budtender. I was a patient here for a year.( because they were the closet downtown) They never have specials and claim to be top shelf only. You will pay top dollar for the same products that is sold else where. Do your research!! Chicago Dispensaries use the same Cultivators in return you get the same product. MOCA is not top shelf, they chose to sell product with high profit margins which restrict a patient's ability to make his or her own decision on what's best for them. Hopefully since the market has opened up with more competitors MOCA will lower their prices and learn to market them selves more.

Super nice people,knowledgeable and honest. Gave me some super good advice about the differences in flower from brand to brand(Cresco and others) and didn’t hold anything back.

I have been to several Illinois dispensaries and Moca is by far my favorite. It is a great location in Chicago, with a free parking space for customers, or convenient to the bus. Although reason number one that it is my favorite are the employees. They are kind, knowledgeable and their patience is always appreciated. Dave is one of my favorite budtenders- he is extremely knowledgeable and always has great suggestions pending what ailment is bothering me. I feel like he has helped me learn so much about what is good for what!!! I highly recommend MOCA

They are knowledgeable and keep the best product selection in the city. D33 only has a dozen strains. They told me it was because they only carry the best but MOCA has the same strains and over 30 more. Most importantly, MOCA takes the time to listen and help me find the best medicine. MOCA is awesome. The staff are not just knowledgeable and professional but they are really fun! Going to MOCA is the highlight of my week for the interactions alone. I get all my questions answered and always leave in a good mood. And with the right products in hand!! I have been to a few other chicago area dispensaries. One had too small a selection and gave me a quality over quantity explanation that didn't make sense to me. A few other I have been to just seemed kind of stuffy or boring or something and most were in weird neighborhoods. MOCA just has a really cool atmosphere in Logan Square which is Chicagos hippest neighborhood. Also street parking on milwaukee is really easy to find and is only$2/hr which I didn't realize she. I tried to park on Fullerton. They have e a loading zone in Fullerton for handicap tho. Overall MOCA is the best I've been to by a longshot!!!
