Staff are consistently helpful. First time I went, they guided me through the process of getting a medical card and even recommended some Drs that did telemedicine. They will always help you select stuff and choose what you’re looking for if you need guidance. It’s a popular place which is why there are sometimes lines, but the people complaining about it in other reviews must have unrealistic expectations - sometimes you have to wait in line at a store. You’ll survive! It’s a great place, I highly recommend.

I shop here often, and it's always been a fine experience, but my last visit was exceptional. Fletcher was my main point of contact, but Rocky and Jason helped out with answering some of my questions too, plus they all helped in creating a fun laidback experience that was more welcoming than my previous visits.

I have gone here multiple times and have not run into any problems. I think the longest I had to wait was 15mins. If you preorder online you should be fine. This time around Corey Z. helped me out and was very kind.

I make this a regular rec stop since I live in the neighborhood, and Moca has a pretty nice rotating selection and variety to choose from. The COVID-19 pre-order process is incredibly easy and takes less than 2 minutes to place an order, which will save you about 30 if you walk in without one. Both times I got Leah (hope this is spelled right,) I got nothing short of welcoming, genuine and educated service. I hope you'll consider trying this spot out!

I've been going here for over a year now. Everything is okay. Service is faster in the mornings. Avoid coming on the holiday. Pre-order to save yourself time. The majority of staff are very kind and patient. Its in the area and has what I need, so it's fine.

Always chill and knowledgeable budtenders. Management is on point and willing to work with you if you have any issues. Firm understanding of state regulations, and definitely not afraid to enforce them if needs be. Always have a great selection between the two locations. I love me some MOCA.

My dispensary for 2 + years. Great people. Great products. I am a medical patient. My one wish is that their website had more info on strains. It would be cool if they linked directly to Leafly’s strain diagrams.

I love how clean it is. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I even called to ask them about certain strains I can try with my medical card, and they were very quick on their feet. + great social media presence. I haven’t gone to a different dispensary because there is no need to.

I'm going to second another reviewer who said they need an express line. I have called ahead to place my order, as they suggest, and I still have to wait behind someone who is asking a bunch of questions. I've waited nearly an hour at this place during the very busy times. The prices are compatible to other dispensaries in the city and so are their special sales. They offer a "loyalty discount" if you keep buying from them. The only thing that some other dispensaries have on Moca is a quantity discount. It'd be really nice to get a discount for us quantity shoppers. While the selection is top-notch, they have omitted products based on their own tastes. One such item I really wish they would carry is shake -- I prefer to smoke my herb with herbs so it's slow and steady. I've been wasting a lot of good flower because they don't have shake. It would be nice if they somehow figured out which budtenders' recommendations are best for certain ailments. For example, one of the women really knows her stuff when it comes to strains for pain. Another, one of the guys, provides great recommendations for uplifting/mood improving strains. Not every person needs to be perfect for every condition, but it'd be cool if they would self-identify who is most knowledgeable in specific areas. Overall, this is a really nice space with great bud tenders. They still have kinks to work out, but it seems they keep improving (I've been a patient for almost a year and have noticed how they have made their processes better). For one of the largest selections, it's worth it for me to drive past other (closer) dispensaries to shop at Moca. I highly recommend this place.

This medical dispensary is amazing! The care team is knowledgeable and upbeat. Your privacy is a priority. You order sitting down at a table one on one with cannabis knowledge staff. No one is rushing or pressuring you. The experience is fantastic. Even after going back this place holds true to its great reviews. I love MOCA!

Everyone here was super friendly despite it being super crazy due to legalization. Hope to be back in a few months once the supply and demand in the state level out.

Not much to say, but quite honestly they treat you more like a person than Even a doctors office. Don’t think I we’ll ever change dispensaries unless they close.

I love the staff here! They even know my name! I always feel so welcome when I come to pick up. They also have a points program that has also been super nifty. They always have great products and a huge menu, so you’re bound to find something you like. The staff will always make sure you are happy and excited about your purchase. Highly recommend this place for everyone!!
