Ascend Cannabis - Midway

When I first walked in, they welcomed me as a new patient and had taken a reasonable amount of time, making sure I left understanding the science behind weed. I am also a veteran, and they offer a discount, and they have giveaways once and a while for vets. I have chronic pain, among other issues, and at the dispensary, the staff is always in the know about anything weed, such as new products coming out. They make excellent recommendations depending on what symptoms I would like to treat. The staff there go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Even the security guards are friendly and welcoming. I have never had a bad experience with Midway Dispensary.

This was my first visit to a dispensary, the customer service from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out is amazing! Budtender was very knowledgeable and helped me on the right path for what i desire. Cant wait to try the product. Thank you!

i like that they have different types of strains, Claire is amazing always. she is bilingual and super nice, ask her about the products she will help, and also kim is a great addition there super kool and knowledgeable. and miguelito is awesome , these 3 people always have a smile and cheerful heart. i am glad to get my medicine here!!!!

This has been my go to location for over a year now . Between the great specials and the friendly customer service I’m happy to say I will never change to another location . Super informative very welcome feel as you walk in . Even security makes me feel welcome . They have their own private parking lot which makes things so easy to just park and go . Very convenient location for me as well . I would most definitely recommend this location to future patients . They also have an online ordering system which is great for those who know what they want ahead of time and just want to be in and out , but let’s be real a friendly conversation between us always cool as you feel like these people are your friends :)

The wait was long but it's expected for Chicago recreational week but once I got in, it was extremely easy to order. The guy at the counter was extremely helpful with ensuring I got the right THC/CBDproducts that I was looking for in regards to pain and depression. 10/10 will shop here again. Thank you Midway for a great experience.

The staff at Midway takes the time to make you feel like you are at home. Think of a Cheers Tv show vibe in a dispensary. Out of the 3 dispensaries I have utilized Midway is the best by far. Easy to get to from Midway Airport with a huge parking lot for easy access. The security at Midway are friendly, remember who you are, and are the BEST security you will find at any dispensary. Check in is quick and simple. The Agents that work there are quick to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Once you come to midway you won't want to leave, other dispensaries don't add up to the quality of care you will get at midway. And as far as owners go you can't get any better then Neil at Midway, he takes the time to come out and say hi to patients and cares about the quality of care you are receiving.

Entire staff has excellent customer service skills and education on all products. We are always greeted with a warm welcome. Ease of check-in is great and the amazing smell of cannabis is all through the atmosphere. Without medical cannabis I would be in extreme pain I cannot use prescription pain meds. This place is a dream come true. Thank you to all who are employed at Midway Dispensary for your help and kindness with every visit.

Great atmosphere

Staff is friendly and informed. Always willing to give suggestions based on previous experience and not just chucking random items at you to make money. The location is great with a parking lot next door. The menu is updated often. My only only only request is just more variety in the concentrate section. Which is already long!

Always out of flower for their patients. Once it comes in its gone. Look elsewhere if you're a med patient.

This place is great. Open 7 days a week. The staff is always very friendly and everyone always remembers my name. Top notch customer service, they can get you in and out very quickly or give you great info on what you may need if required. The online ordering is amazing just add to cart and pick up later. Always something on sale. A+ ☆☆☆☆☆

the staff is supreme, some of the best budtenders in Illinois hands down. The team goes above and beyond expectations and take the time outside of work to educate themselves on strains, ailments, and what works best together. All around great vibes and great location! Definitely the place to be. I have been coming here for the last 6 months and they have been excellent. The prices are reasonable, the bud is always fresh, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've just had a great experience with them since my switch to a closer location to my home. I appreciate them a lot!

I have been coming to this location since May and I absolutely love it. Their online menu is always up to date, the online shopping has always made my experience quick and easy. Clara is my go-to girl at the dispensary, but I have always had a great interaction with every budtender there.
