Beyond Hello - Las Vegas (Sahara)

My favorite dispensary in town. The others all have drawbacks of one kind or another, but I have a hard time finding fault here. At worst, it takes a bit longer to get inside, get what you want and be on your way. While most places have a kind of fast-food model designed to keep the line moving, Apothecarium feels more like an upscale wine bar. The interior is tasteful, relaxed and inviting. Menus are detailed, informative and up-to-date. Staff feels dedicated to each customer, providing great one-on-one consultation that doesn't gloss over information or push extras. They accept cards, have the best bag discount in town, provide delivery and have a couple of basic deals and discounts. More would be great, but some places won't even do the small stuff, like first-timer freebies. Product quality is high, though selection has been on the low side lately. The better stuff seems to go fast, and if you really want ultra premium flowers, you may find yourself having to shop around. Location is great, has a good parking lot, and a nice waiting room. The line out front can be brutal and often cuts off early. Thankfully the building doesn't face the sun.

My first time at a marijuana dispensary was at The Apothecarium and I could not have asked for a better experience! The staff was courteous, they answered all my questions and helped me find the right products for me. I will go back in a hearbeat!

I went at a peak time for the store, so I had to wait a good minute but the wait was worth it. Everyone is so engaging and take their time with each guest. Customer service is on point guys. I really appreciate you and I will definitnely be coming back! :-)

As a first-time customer to a recreational dispensary, I did a lot of research online, including here on Leafly. Reviews were probably more important than location or price, so I took the time to read quite a bit. The Apothecarium ranked at the top for consistently good comments, selection, service, and value. Location-wise, it also happens to be a very convenient distance from home. When something looks that good on paper, it's worth a try. I was very pleased with my choice. There was a small line outside and I filled out my paperwork while I waited. All the customers in line outside were offered cold bottled water - a really nice gesture. I had a brief wait inside where I had an opportunity to peruse the menu and talk with a few other customers, all of whom had their Apothecarium bags, meaning they were repeat customers. A great sign. Bob was my budtender and I can honestly say that he made my visit an awesome experience. He took time to talk to me about what I was looking for, described the different products and the different price points, all the options and the effects. He was relatable, genuinely interested in finding the right products for me, and a really nice guy. The products I purchased have all been really top notch and I feel that I got a very good value for my money. Good service attracts regular customers - something that was evident in the waiting area. I will be among the returning "regulars" in the near future.

Dylan is good people and so is Vance. They are both knowledable and friendly budtenders. They have good weed at a decent price and is always in stock. I saved $5 my last time in and I will save $5 next time too I guess. Much love will be back in next time I need to re up.

I love this place, the staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. They take their time to really discuss different options with you and I never feel rushed. As a medical patient I really need to know about my different options and they never hesitate to explain. Also the atmosphere I clean and open. I would highly recommend this dispensary to any one looking for an informative and friendly experience.

The staff here are the best, they’re knowledgeable about all products, they’ll suggest products that have been a huge help for my condition, they are extremely friendly and courteous. Property is super clean. Would recommend this highly organized location to anyone. A pleasure to visit. Scott

I really love this place. I recieve great products and service everytime. It's conveniently located, discreet and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. They even have a points reward system and you get a small discount for re-using your little goodie bag each time! Bonus! I would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent in every way. Very professional, knowledgeable staff who took the time to really listen and make informed recommendations to fit my needs. Absolutely beautiful environment, very friendly and welcoming. Even though it was quite busy I didn't wait long and no one made me feel rushed while I was shopping.

The people here are always fabulous, from the front desk forward. I've gone around to other dispensaries just to see what's out there. After stopping in at six other places, it made me appreciate the Apothecarium even more. I wouldn't go anyplace else. This should be your go-to shop. Professional and fun. Thanks, guys and gals, I've been able to stop most of my pharmaceuticals ... and feel better. :)

The atmosphere, and kindness of the budtenders is unparalleled. I was helped out by Bob, and not only was he very knowledgeable of the product he was extremely helpful with any question I had. Since then this has become my primary shop.

After visiting a handful of dipensaries around town, I was the most impressed by The Apothecarium. Definitely the best customer service that I've had and the best atmosphere I've experienced inside a dispensary. I never felt rushed and the bud tender was able to answer every question and make me feel like I was getting my money's worth. This is for sure my go-to neighborhood dispensary.

With just receiving my MM Card, my wife and myself drove over Apothecarium and from the moment we walked in, the receptionist made us feel welcome and at ease. This was our first visit to a dispensary and she made us feel relaxed, as if we were home. After answering our initial questions, she directed us to the back part of the store where we were greeted by Stephanie. I had all kinds of questions about everything and she not only answered all our questions, she made some awesome recommendations and the reasons why. Everyone behind the counter was friendly, knowledgeable and just plain awesome. These wonderful young ladies made this experience truly remarkable. Apothecarium and their personnel have just made us life time customers. Thank you girls for making this so incredible.
