I'm a local that shops around, so I wouldn't expect to find myself making the drive down to the strip, yet I keep doing it. Their selection stems from what I consider the best growers in Nevada. Fantastic quality, with an enviable selection that only suffers from selling out. I stopped going to other locations simply because their stock doesn't compare. Nicest staff too. Each person I've met has been great. Negatives. Location isn't the best. Cramped inside. Grams are a little steep. Often busy.

Full-bodied hit. Tasty, but strange. Faint grape. Hints of pine and lemon. Some soil. Very low-key flavor. Effects are pleasant. Calming. Chills you right out. Reduces stress and soothes the troubled mind. Seems determined to make you sleepy or hungry as well. Not recommended for constant use, but great as a first or last smoke of the day.

World-class. Smells like a diesel truck cracked open in the middle of an Oregon blueberry field after taking out several generations of skunks. Tastes like fermented blueberries. Hits hard in a good way. Immediate, long-lasting effects. A comfortable indica stoniness combined with the euphoria and creativity of a sativa. This would be good for art, but only if you're okay with long pauses and brick-wall mental breaks. What it's better for is enhancing experiences. Human connection and sensory appreciation. The psychedelic qualities almost resemble micro-doses of mushrooms or LSD. It's a whirlwind of euphoria, prismatic color saturation, relaxation, pain relief and expanded thought patterns. In my experience, this is a rare quality that I've only seen in a handful of strains. From first impression to experienced use, I've been nothing but thrilled with this strain. It helps that its parents are two of my personal favorites (as well as Snoop's), Blue Dream and OG Kush. You cannot go wrong here. I don't care who you are.

My favorite dispensary in town. The others all have drawbacks of one kind or another, but I have a hard time finding fault here. At worst, it takes a bit longer to get inside, get what you want and be on your way. While most places have a kind of fast-food model designed to keep the line moving, Apothecarium feels more like an upscale wine bar. The interior is tasteful, relaxed and inviting. Menus are detailed, informative and up-to-date. Staff feels dedicated to each customer, providing great one-on-one consultation that doesn't gloss over information or push extras. They accept cards, have the best bag discount in town, provide delivery and have a couple of basic deals and discounts. More would be great, but some places won't even do the small stuff, like first-timer freebies. Product quality is high, though selection has been on the low side lately. The better stuff seems to go fast, and if you really want ultra premium flowers, you may find yourself having to shop around. Location is great, has a good parking lot, and a nice waiting room. The line out front can be brutal and often cuts off early. Thankfully the building doesn't face the sun.

Faint, generic weedy dankness. Smells like a basement and moss. Tastes dry, piney. Hints of tea and soil. A little edge on it, but not too bad. Not picking up any fruit flavor, personally. Hits the head moderately. Mild painkiller; relaxing. Ever-so slight euphoria. Gives a bit of the dry mouth. Munchies later. Mellow. Pleasant high. Easy to session. Not bad at all, but not quite the legend it's purported to be. I could see this being good for a newbie or someone returning to smoking after a break. It's strong without being too strong, if you know what I mean.

Light color; dense, sticky buds that break clean. Incredible smell, very floral with a light citrus fruit tone. I would happily have this around all day. Really nice flavor. Wood with a hint of cherry. Strong without being harsh. Quick euphoria with gradual pain relief. A clear sativa high that starts at the top of the head and works its way down. Great for anxiety and depression. Relaxes without locking you down. Builds on itself nicely. Fantastic stuff.
