My favorite place in town. I went there around 9pm and Grace recommended 3 awesome quarters for me. They have the customer service game down packed. I have nothing but respect for the way they do business. Real people selling really really great herb. Thank you guys for being so on top of it. You rock !!!

Interesting little set-up they have going! I was visiting from out of town and i don't know if they were having an off day or what but everything my budtender was recommending me, they were out of. He also didn't seem too comfortable selling the product either. A lot of awkward looks back and forth and trying to find something else to try. Ended up leaving with only one gram of Grape Krush. I would recommend if you guys are out of something maybe put the sniff jars away. It was also weird how my budtender had to leave the counter every time to go check on the other side where the other two stations were and all the product. Seemed like a lot of wasted time for him to run back and forth. On the plus side he did give us 10% off for them being out of so much.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear that you had a less than stellar experience when you came in. Like you said, it's a little set-up over here, which means sometimes we're cramped for space! Good news is we're working on a re-model for that shop so everyone has a little more elbow room. It sounds like you caught us on an off day as far as our stock goes and, unfortunately, that happens sometimes. We've got a new (much more spacious) shop on the North side of town right next to Jimmy Johns on Empire. We'd love it if you gave us a second chance. Thanks for your feedback!

You guys price the concentrates way too high! The Hush shatter is mediocre at best definitely not worth a 6 dollar price mark up.

Since we don't make our own extracts and buy them from licensed Processors whose production and testing costs have soared, our prices reflect that new reality. The HUSH extracts have been on promotion -- tax inclusive pricing -- since Feb 23 when White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer made comments about federal enforcement. We change our promotions from time to time, and now the HUSH extracts are $5 off each when 3 are purchased ($15 off total), or 15% off on Wax Wednesdays. We hope you understand that our costs and prices fluctuate. We try and have a tremendous variety of everything available; there are presently 3 dozen shatters on our shelves (more than what our Leafly menu reflects) from BHOmchelly's, Claywolf, Cultivated Industries, Dab Society, NW Kind, and Original Extracts.
